The Scottish Public Law Group, in conjunction with Strathclyde Law School, are delighted to announce a public lecture to be delivered by the new Lord President, Lord President Gill. In his first such lecture since taking office, the Lord President will deal with the subject of “New Directions in Civil Justice”. The event will be chaired by the leading human rights lawyer and Visiting Professor at Strathclyde Law School, Tony Kelly.

The lecture will take place at in the Senate Room (Collins Building) at the University of Strathclyde, on Tuesday 9 October. Registration and refreshments will be available from 5.30pm, with the lecture starting at 6.00pm. Wine and nibbles will be available following the event.
